Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.

Cetuximab is a recombinant human/mouse chimeric monoclonal antibody against epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It consists of antigen-binding regions of a mouse anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody specific for the N-terminal portion of human EGFR, combined with human IgG1 heavy and kappa light chain constant regions.

Cetuximab is marketed under the brand Erbitux by Eli Lilly Company and approved by the U.S. FDA for treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer and metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.

GenScript MonoRab™ Anti-Cetuximab Antibody (90G3), mAb, Rabbit is produced from a hybridoma derived from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a rabbit immunized with Cetuximab.
