Target Information
GPR107, also known as KIAA1624 or LUSTR1, is a 600-amino-acid protein belonging to the LU7TM family. It localizes to the membrane as a multi-pass membrane protein. GPR107 is a potential receptor for neuronostatin, which may play an important role in the central control of cardiovascular function.
