Target Information
Poly [ADP-ribose] polymerase 14 (PARP14) is a B aggressive lymphoma protein belonging to the PARP protein family. Poly ADP ribosylation is a DNA damage–dependent post-translational modification of histones and other nuclear proteins that mediates DNA repair. PARP proteins with a macrodomain are also involved in gene expression through transcriptional regulation. PARP14 controls STAT6-dependent transcription by enhancing binding to the promoter in the presence of a positive signal (e.g., IL4 stimulation).
