Target Information
ANKRD32는 UV 손상된 DNA의 복제 후 수리(postreplication repair) 및 유전체 안정성 유지에 관여하는 DNA 손상 반응(DDR) 경로에서 중요한 역할을 합니다 (PubMed:25931565).
SLF1-SLF2 복합체는 RAD18을 SMC5-SMC6 복합체와 연결하여 복제 관련 DNA 교차결합(ICL) 및 이중가닥 절단(DSBs) 부위에서 DNA 수리를 조절합니다.
또한 SLF2 및 SMC5-SMC6 복합체를 DNA 손상 부위로 유도하는 데 기여합니다 (PubMed:25931565).
