TIMM50 (Mitochondrial import inner membrane translocase subunit TIM50)는 인간에서 TIMM50 유전자에 의해 암호화되는 효소입니다. Tim50은 미토콘드리아 내막의 Tim23 트랜스로카제 복합체의 서브유닛으로 작용합니다.
TIMM50 유전자의 돌연변이는 간질, 심각한 지적 장애, 3-메틸글루타콘산뇨증을 유발할 수 있습니다. 또한 TIMM50 발현은 유방암 세포에서 증가하고, 비대 심장에서 감소하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
