Target Information
DIRAS3 유전자는 ras superfamily의 일원으로, 정상 난소 및 유방 상피세포에서 발현되지만, 난소 및 유방암에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 부계 대립유전자의 단일 대립 유전자 발현(imprinted gene)으로 성장 억제와 관련이 있습니다. 따라서 이 유전자는 난소 및 유방암에서 기능이 상실된 종양 억제 유전자 후보로 간주됩니다.
