Higher Accuracy, Longer Read Lengths
The dRhodamine Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kit contains the same components as the standard BigDye™ Terminator Kit, except that dRhodamine (dichlororhodamine) replaces rhodamine terminators, so you get more even peak patterns and less background noise. This alternative chemistry ensures that you get greater accuracy, longer read lengths, and more reliable automated sequencing.
