Target Information
CD79a는 B세포 수용체 복합체의 구성요소로, B29(CD79b) 폴리펩타이드와 이황화 결합된 이합체 형태를 이룹니다. 이 단백질은 항원 특이적 면역글로불린(Ig)과 결합하여 B세포 항원 수용체의 발현 및 기능에 필수적입니다. CD79a는 pre-B세포 단계에서 처음 발현되며, 형질세포 단계까지 지속적으로 존재합니다. 대부분의 전구 B세포형 급성 백혈병, B세포 림프종, 일부 골수종에서 발현되며, 골수계나 T세포 계열에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 관련 질환으로는 Agammaglobulinemia 3 및 Agammaglobulinemia, Non-Bruton type이 보고되어 있습니다.
