Target Information
Replication protein A (RPA) is a single-stranded DNA binding protein. Human RPA is a heterotrimeric complex with subunits of 70, 32, and 14 kDa. This complex is conserved among eukaryotes and plays key roles in DNA replication, homologous recombination, and nucleotide excision repair. RPA is a known target for DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK), ATM, and cyclin-dependent kinases.
