Target Information
Phosphodiesterases such as PDE10A regulate various cellular responses mediated by the second messengers cAMP and cGMP. PDE10A hydrolyzes cyclic nucleotides (cAMP and cGMP) into their corresponding nucleoside 5′-monophosphates, thereby modulating intracellular signaling pathways.
