Target Information
PDE4A8은 고환 생식세포 특이적 PDE4A 변이체로, 랫드 고환에서 PDE4A8과 76 kDa PDE4A 단백질 두 가지 변이가 확인되었습니다. 정자 형성과정 동안 다양한 PDE4 효소가 단계별로 발현되어 특수한 기능을 수행합니다. 공초점 현미경 분석 결과, PDE4A8은 1차 및 2차 정자세포에서 발현되지만 성숙 정자에서는 발현되지 않았습니다. PDE4A8 억제는 생식세포의 세포사멸 증가와 성숙 정자 수 감소를 유도합니다.
