Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve ~1 mg/mL final concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

FGFR2는 수용체 티로신 키나아제(FGFR) 계열에 속하며, 혈관신생, 세포분열, 골형성, 근형성, 암 발생, 세포 분화 및 손상 후 조직 복구 등 다양한 세포 기능을 조절합니다. FGFR 계열은 암, 류머티즘 관절염, 당뇨병성 망막병증 등 여러 질환과 관련이 있습니다. FGFR2 유전자의 변이는 Crouzon, Pfeiffer, Apert, Jackson-Weiss, Beare-Stevenson, Saethre-Chotzen 증후군 및 두개골 조기융합증과 연관되어 있습니다. 다양한 대체 스플라이싱 변이로 여러 이소폼이 보고되었습니다.
