This antibody detects endogenous levels of total RAD51L3.
Target Information
Five human RAD51 homologues have been identified: XRCC2, XRCC3, RAD51B, RAD51C, and RAD51D. Each of these homologues interacts with one or more of the others, forming one complex or multiple smaller complexes. RAD51D interacts with XRCC2 and RAD51C. The expression pattern and sequence similarity of RAD51D to other RAD51 family members suggest that it is part of a complex of proteins required for DNA repair and meiotic recombination.
