Target Information
FAT1, FAT2, FAT3, 그리고 FAT4는 Drosophila Fat의 인간 상동체로, 종양 억제 및 평면 세포 극성(PCP)에 관여합니다. FAT4는 Furin에 의해 첫 번째 절단을 거치며, secretase에 의해 두 번째 절단을 받아 세포내 도메인(ICD)을 방출합니다. FAT4는 MPDZ/MUPP1과 직접 상호작용하여 막 관련 구아닐레이트 키나아제 MPP5/PALS1을 모집합니다. FAT4는 PCP 유지 및 세포 증식 억제에 관여합니다.
