Target Information
Adenovirus Type 5 E3 단백질은 바이러스 감염 초기 단계에서 class I heavy chain을 소포체 내에 유지하여 세포 표면으로의 이동을 억제합니다. 또한 TAP(Transporter Associated with Antigen Processing)과 결합하여 tapasin 억제제로 작용함으로써 class I/TAP 결합을 방해합니다. 그 결과, 감염된 세포는 세포독성 T-림프구에 의한 면역 인식으로부터 회피됩니다.
