Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Mitochondrial ribosomes (mitoribosomes) consist of a small 28S subunit and a large 39S subunit, with an estimated 75% protein to rRNA ratio.
Unlike prokaryotic ribosomes, mammalian mitoribosomes lack a 5S rRNA.
Proteins comprising the mitoribosome vary significantly among species, hindering recognition by sequence homology.
The MRPL13 gene encodes a 39S subunit protein.
