Target Information
TPT1 (translationally controlled tumor protein 1)은 23 kDa 크기의 TCTP 계열 칼슘 결합 단백질로, 세포질에 위치하며 광범위하게 발현됩니다. 전사 활성화 인자, 칼슘 수송체, 히스타민 유도체 및 항아포토시스 caspase-3 억제 인자로 작용합니다. 또한 TPT1은 히스타민, IL-4, IL-13의 분비를 유도하고, 호산구에서 IL-8 분비와 칼슘 반응을 유발하는 사이토카인 유사 분자입니다. 알레르기 질환 및 알츠하이머병, 다운증후군 등 신경퇴행성 질환과 관련이 있는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
