For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SRPRB encodes a protein similar to the mouse subunit of the signal recognition particle receptor (SR).
This subunit is a transmembrane GTPase belonging to the GTPase superfamily and anchors the alpha subunit, a peripheral membrane GTPase, to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane.
SR is essential for the cotranslational targeting of secretory and membrane proteins to the ER membrane.
