Target Information
Rat IgG1은 연구 및 진단 분야에서 널리 사용되는 면역글로불린 G(IgG) 항체의 아형입니다. 이 항체는 항원에 반응하여 랫드에서 생성되며, 혈청 또는 하이브리도마 세포 배양 상등액으로부터 정제할 수 있습니다. Rat IgG1은 대부분의 포유류 항원에 결합하지 않기 때문에 실험에서 음성 대조군으로 자주 사용됩니다. 또한 면역조직화학, 유세포분석(Flow Cytometry), 웨스턴블롯(Western Blotting) 등에서 특정 항원을 검출하는 데 활용됩니다. 유전자 타깃팅은 랫드 유전체를 조작하여 인간 질병 연구용 동물 모델을 만드는 강력한 도구로, 특정 유전자의 결손, 삽입 또는 변형을 통해 질병 병태생리를 연구할 수 있습니다.
