Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform additional desalting (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), believed not to be involved in catalysis.
Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain, with ubiquinone as the immediate electron acceptor.
