Affinity-purified ProteinFind® Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Antibody는 최적 조건에서 phycoerythrin (PE) 형광 염료와 결합된 2차 항체입니다.

PE 염료는 홍조류에서 추출한 천연 형광 염료로, 최대 흡수 파장은 488 nm이며 최대 방출 파장은 575 nm입니다.

본 제품은 면역형광법(immunofluorescence) 및 유세포분석(flow cytometry)의 2차 항체로 사용하도록 최적화되었습니다.
