This antibody detects endogenous levels of total PSK-H1.
Target Information
PSKH1 may be a splicing factor compartment-associated serine kinase (SFC-associated serine kinase) involved in intranuclear SR protein trafficking and pre-mRNA processing.
It is localized in the Brefeldin A-sensitive Golgi compartment, at centrosomes, in the nucleus with a speckle-like distribution, and associated with the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), plasma membrane (PM), and cytoplasm.
