- Aliquots of 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg sizes are not recommended; use material in original packaging until exhausted.
- For larger sizes, aliquoting can reduce freeze/thaw cycles (do not prepare aliquots below 20 µL).
- Never store kinase diluted.

STK16 (PKL12) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in signal transduction and transcriptional regulation. It acts on both serine and threonine residues and may regulate transforming growth factor-beta (Tgfb) and vascular endothelial growth factor transcription.
