Target Information
Helix-loop-helix (HLH) 구조는 막활성 및 DNA 결합 단백질에서 흔히 발견되는 모티프입니다. HEN1과 HEN2로 알려진 HLH 단백질은 초기 신경계에서 세포 유형 결정에 관여할 수 있는 DNA 결합 단백질입니다. 정상 조직에서의 발현 연구 결과, NSCL-1과 NSCL-2(각각 HEN1과 HEN2를 암호화하는 유전자)가 발달 중인 중추 및 말초 신경계, 특히 발달 중인 뉴런에서 발현됨이 확인되었습니다.
