Target Information
이 유전자는 HTLV-1 tax1 결합 단백질을 암호화합니다. 생성된 단백질은 TNFAIP3와 상호작용하며, TNFAIP3의 항아폽토시스 활성을 매개하여 TNF 유도 세포사멸을 억제합니다. Caspase-3 계열 단백질에 의한 분해는 TNF 유도 세포사멸과 관련이 있습니다. 또한 염증 신호 억제 경로에도 관여할 수 있습니다. 다양한 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
