Target Information
Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK)는 SRC-related TEC tyrosine kinase 하위군에 속하는 세포질성 단백질 인산화효소입니다. BTK 유전자 변이는 인간 B세포 발생 과정에서의 심각한 발달 장애 및 면역결핍 질환과 관련이 있습니다. 또한 BTK는 TLR4, 6, 8, 9와 같은 toll-like receptor (TLR) 계열 단백질과 상호작용하며, 선천 및 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 특히 MyD88, TIRAP, IRAK과 상호작용하지만 TRAF-6과는 상호작용하지 않아, BTK가 lipopolysaccharide 신호전달에 관여함을 시사합니다.
