Target Information
PDE2A (phosphodiesterase 2A)는 100 kD의 cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase (PDE)로, PDE2A1, PDE2A2, PDE2A3의 세 가지 isoform이 알려져 있습니다. 이들은 단일 유전자의 alternative splicing으로부터 생성됩니다. PDE2A는 cAMP와 cGMP를 모두 분해할 수 있으며, 특히 cGMP를 더 효율적으로 분해합니다. 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 특히 뇌의 소뇌와 대뇌피질에서 높은 발현을 보입니다. PDE2A는 발기부전 및 내피세포 장벽을 통한 체액 및 염증세포 이동 조절과 관련되어 있습니다.
