Target Information
PNAS4는 식물부터 동물까지 높은 상동성을 가지는 보존된 단백질로, 인간 급성 전골수성 백혈병 세포주 NB4에서 잠재적인 세포사멸 관련 단백질로 처음 확인되었습니다.
DNA 손상 초기 반응에서 활성화되며, U2OS, SKOV3, A549 등의 종양세포에서 과발현 시 세포 증식을 억제하고 세포사멸을 유도할 수 있습니다.
PNAS4의 주요 작용 메커니즘:
- 과발현 시 세포주기 관련 단백질의 발현을 조절하여 S phase 정지 유도
- 미토콘드리아 경로를 통한 세포사멸 유도
