The Pro-Q Diamond Phosphoprotein Blot Stain Kit provides a rapid and simple method for directly detecting phosphoproteins on polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) or nitrocellulose membranes. The fluorescent stain binds selectively to the phosphate moiety and binding is independent of the amino acid sequence context. Because it is a direct stain, you don`t need expensive antibodies or radioisotopes.
