Target Information
CHD4 protein is part of the SNF2/RAD54 helicase family and is a key component of the nucleosome remodeling and deacetylase (NuRD) complex. It plays an important role in epigenetic transcriptional repression. Autoantibodies against this protein have been observed in patients with dermatomyositis.
