For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The MAGEA3 gene belongs to the MAGEA family, whose members share 50–80% sequence identity. Variability in promoters and first exons allows differential transcriptional control of similar functions. MAGEA genes are clustered at chromosomal location Xq28 and have been implicated in hereditary disorders such as dyskeratosis congenita.
