In vivo에서 HSPA1 및 HSPA8의 Lys 잔기 트리메틸화에 기여하며, in vitro에서는 HSPA1(Lys-561), HSPA2(Lys-564), HSPA5(Lys-585), HSPA6(Lys-563), HSPA8(Lys-561)을 메틸화합니다.
