Target Information
Calcitonin Receptor는 골흡수를 억제하며, 발달 과정 중 형태형성에 관여합니다. 세 가지의 대체 스플라이싱된 isoform이 보고되어 있으며, Calcitonin뿐 아니라 RAMP3와 복합체를 형성하여 Amylin과 결합할 수 있습니다. 이는 췌도 기능 조절 및 제2형 당뇨병과 관련이 있습니다. 본 수용체는 동맥, 혈액, 뼈, 뇌, 신장, 폐, 태반, 전립선, 골격근, 갑상선 등 다양한 조직에서 발현이 보고되었습니다. EST는 뼈, 배아, 신장, 멜라닌세포/자궁/태아심장 라이브러리에서 분리되었습니다.
