FceR1 (Fc epsilonR1 alpha)는 IgE의 고친화성 수용체의 서브유닛입니다. Fc epsilonR1 alpha는 하나의 alpha, 하나의 beta, 그리고 두 개의 추가 서브유닛으로 구성된 사량체 복합체이며, 후자는 신호 전달 기능에 필수적입니다.
Fc epsilonR1 복합체는 알레르기 반응을 유발하는 데 중요한 역할을 하며, IgE 수용체는 알레르기 반응의 시작점입니다. 알레르겐이 결합된 IgE가 두 개 이상의 고친화성 IgE 수용체를 연결하면 히스타민 등의 매개체가 방출되어 알레르기 증상을 유발합니다.
