Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freezing and thawing cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

This gene encodes a protein that interacts with the carboxy-terminus of transcription initiation factor TFIIF, which regulates elongation and initiation by RNA polymerase II.
It may be part of the RNA polymerase II holoenzyme complex.
Alternative splicing results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
