Target Information
STK22B (TSSK2) is a serine/threonine kinase essential for sperm function and production (spermiogenesis). Deletions in the STK22B coding region correlate with cardiovascular and glandular malformations. TSSK2 gene ontology annotations include intracellular signal transduction, peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, protein autophosphorylation, protein phosphorylation, and spermatid development.
