This antibody detects endogenous levels of total TRIP4.
Target Information
TRIP4 acts as a transcription coactivator of nuclear receptors, functioning with CBP-p300 and SRC-1 to establish distinct coactivator complexes under different cellular conditions. It plays a key role in the transactivation of NF-kappa-B, SRF, and AP1, and mediates transrepression between nuclear receptors and either AP1 or NF-kappa-B. TRIP4 also contributes to androgen receptor transactivation and testicular function.
