Target Information
Naked2 acts as a cell-autonomous antagonist of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway and may activate a secondary Wnt signaling pathway that regulates planar cell polarity. It is required for the processing and basolateral membrane targeting of TGFA in polarized epithelial cells.
