Target Information
CDK3/Cyclin E1은 사이클린 의존성 단백질 키나아제 계열에 속하며, E2F 전사인자군을 활성화하여 S기 진입을 촉진합니다. 또한 Cyclin C와 결합하여 RB1 단백질을 인산화함으로써 G0 단계에서의 탈출을 유도합니다.
CDK3 유전자는 염색체 17q22-qter 영역에 위치하며, BRCA1 유전자보다 말단에 존재합니다. 일부 실험용 생쥐(Mus musculus) 계통에서 CDK3 유전자에 단일 점 돌연변이가 보고되었습니다.
