Target Information
Acylglycerol Kinase는 monoacylglycerol과 diacylglycerol을 각각 lysophosphatidic acid (LPA)와 phosphatidic acid (PA)로 인산화하는 lipid kinase입니다. Sphingosine은 인산화하지 않습니다. 과발현 시 LPA의 형성과 분비가 증가하여 EGFR의 전이활성화를 유도하고, MAPK 신호 전달 경로를 활성화하여 세포 성장 증가를 초래합니다.
