Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The PNMT gene encodes an enzyme that catalyzes the final step in the catecholamine biosynthesis pathway, converting norepinephrine to epinephrine (adrenaline).
This enzyme also exhibits beta-carboline 2N-methyltransferase activity and plays a key role in regulating epinephrine production.
