- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Integrin alpha 8 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhIntegrin alpha 5, rmIntegrin alpha 5, rhIntegrin alpha V, and rmIntegrin alpha V is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
Integrin alpha-8/beta-1 functions in the genesis of kidney and other organs by regulating mesenchymal cell recruitment into epithelial structures.
It recognizes the R-G-D sequence in a wide array of ligands including TNC, FN1, SPP1, and TGF.
