Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by the PPAT gene belongs to the purine/pyrimidine phosphoribosyltransferase family.
It is a regulatory allosteric enzyme catalyzing the first step of de novo purine nucleotide biosynthesis.
This gene and PAICS/AIRC, a bifunctional enzyme catalyzing steps six and seven in the purine biosynthesis pathway, are located in close proximity on chromosome 4.
