Target Information
Deoxycytidine kinase (DCK)는 여러 데옥시리보뉴클레오사이드 및 그 유사체의 인산화를 위해 필요한 효소입니다. DCK 결핍은 항바이러스제 및 항암 화학요법제에 대한 내성과 관련이 있으며, 반대로 DCK 활성 증가 시 이러한 화합물의 세포독성 뉴클레오사이드 삼인산 유도체로의 활성화가 증가합니다. 따라서 DCK는 약물 내성과 감수성 조절에 있어 임상적으로 중요한 단백질입니다.
