Product Specific Information

Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. Product is overfilled to ensure complete recovery. Centrifuge to remove particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily. Stable for 1 year from date of receipt. Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin human serum proteins, light chains on all human immunoglobulins, or serum proteins from bovine, mouse, or rabbit.

Target Information

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and specifically recognize human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity through multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification. Typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
