Target Information
GPCR G2A는 lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC)의 G-단백질 연결 수용체로 작용합니다. 염증 부위에서 LPC 농도를 감지하여 조직 침윤 세포의 확산과 자가면역 질환의 진행을 제한하는 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 또한 G2/M 체크포인트에서 유사분열을 지연시키며, T 및 B 세포 등 다양한 세포에서 증식 속도를 조절하고 손상된 DNA를 복구하는 기전으로 작용할 수 있습니다. 대식세포 및 림프구가 풍부한 비장과 흉선에서 높게 발현되며, 심장과 폐에서는 약하게 발현됩니다. 죽상동맥경화성 플라크에서는 지질 코어 주변 및 어깨 부위에서 발현이 관찰됩니다. DNA 손상 유도 물질에 의해 발현이 유도됩니다.
