Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Growth arrest-specific 7 (GAS7) is expressed primarily in terminally differentiated brain cells, particularly in mature cerebellar Purkinje neurons. GAS7 is implicated in neuronal development, and multiple transcript variants encoding proteins with differing N-termini have been reported.
