Wnt/β-catenin 신호 경로를 억제하고, CTNNB1을 재활용 엔도좀으로 유도하여 핵으로의 이동을 방지합니다.
혈관신생(angiogenesis)에 관여하며, 내피세포의 극성, 증식 및 이동에도 역할을 합니다.
FGF에 의해 유도되는 MAPK 활성화를 SRC를 통해 선택적으로 촉진합니다.
