The GlobalFiler Express kit is a robust and reliable single-amplification STR multiplex kit optimized for database and single-source samples. It incorporates new dyes for additional markers, offering the most discriminating kit available to the forensic community.

The kit includes markers from all major global databases and uses optimized reagents, thermal cycling parameters, and advanced oligo synthesis and purification for high-quality results. Maintenance of NGM SElect and Identifiler primer sequences ensures maximum concordance with previously typed samples.

Multiple gender markers are added for accurate typing of male samples, including degraded or Y-negative samples. Expanded allelic ladder allele ranges include all rare alleles described in literature (STRbase), improving genotyping accuracy.
