사용 전 단백질 용액을 미세원심분리기로 짧게 원심분리 후 상등액만 사용하면 단백질 응집체로 인한 비특이적 신호를 줄일 수 있습니다.
본 항체는 토끼 IgG의 heavy chain과 모든 토끼 면역글로불린의 light chain에 결합하며, 다른 종의 IgG 또는 비면역글로불린 단백질에는 결합하지 않습니다.
